Audio described DVD titles on new release shelves during the month of July 2010 stand at 26% of all titles.
The DVD titles released since May 2010 with audio description are:

- Shutter Island
- The Heavy
- The Hurt Locker
- The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus
- The Princess and the Frog
- The Tooth Fairy
- The Wolfman (AD not on cover)
44% of the Australian Visual Software Distributors Association (AVSDA) members' theatrical releases on the DVD shelves in July were audio described.
A total of 95 titles were researched this month. Of these titles, the following were audio described in other regions but not in Australia:
- Bright Star from Hopscotch.
