Media Access Australia does not directly provide captioning, transcription or audio description (AD) services to organisations for TV, video and/or online. We don't have the internal resources to do the work and instead concentrate on advocating for web and digital inclusion for people with disability. However, we do know who does this work.
Check out a list of captioning, AD and/or transcription suppliers that we have put together. No reviews of each supplier are present here and Media Access Australia does not recommend or guarantee the performance, accuracy or cost of any individual supplier. None of them provide a 'how to' service either, as all are commercial operations. Yet we can vouch that each is reputable based on feedback that we have been given from organisations that have used these suppliers.
