The BBC iPlayer has long been the most developed video-on-demand player in the UK. It provides caption access to most of its programs, and the goal of the BBC is to provide the same level of access as its broadcast content. Video delivered through the forthcoming international BBC iPlayer will conceivably have the same level of access for viewers. A pricing structure has not yet been finalised.
