It's Complicated, released on 30 April, indicates on its cover that it has audio description when the actual DVD and Blu-ray discs do not. Conversely, The Wolfman was released to the market on 10 June with audio description, but the DVD and Blu-ray covers do not state this.
Universal apologises for the mistakes and has destroyed all stock of the existing covers and printed correct ones for future runs.
