As the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) representative for Media Access Australia, Dr Scott Hollier will write a monthly column with updates about web accessibility developments within the W3C.

The W3C is the main international standards organisation for the Internet.

Dr Hollier’s column will be placed in the Web Developers' Accessibility Hub

For his introductory article, Dr Hollier looks at the latest developments in HTML 5 standards and the effects the standards will have on web development and accessibility.
