Following a referral on 2 November 2016 from the Minister for Health, Aged Care and Sport, The Hon Sussan Ley MP, the Committee will inquire into and report on the Hearing Health and Wellbeing of Australia.

As such, the Committee invites interested people and organisations to make a submission which you can do online, that addresses the terms of reference by 5pm Friday, 23 December 2016. Note that you will need to create a My Parliament log-in account before you will be able to submit your submission, if you do not already have one.

Information has been prepared by the department of Health, Aged Care and Sport to assist you in preparing a submission to the Committee. You can view tips on how to make a submission online.

For further information about the inquiry, you can email the Committee at health.reps@aph.gov.au. Deafness Forum members can also contact their CEO, Steve Williamson, on steve.williamson@deafnessforum.org.au if you require assistance in putting together a submission.
